The "ETCS Professional Coaching Program” is dedicated to specializing those who wish to develop competencies in coaching both as an alternative to individual practice as well as for the organizations that they are part of. The design was part of the ETCS.FC (Euro Trainers Coaching Service. Competence Framework and Development), funded by the European Commission through EACEÁ (Educational, Audiovisual, Culture, Executive Agency) and coordinated by Elite Training in partnership with 10 institutions from 7 European countries (Germany, UK, Slovenia, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania).
