Cogent Language provides innovative learning opportunities in managing projects as a collaborative systems practice (CSP). This is building things, understood as systems, by collegial groups, in ways the groups understand as systemic. By this value proposition, we have been growing project managers since our launch in Tokyo in 2007 via long-term relationships with innovative organizations in the nonprofit, education, and private sectors. These days, our main products are worksites for project work – visual, online job aids for coping with major challenges that come with projects. Our main customers are not companies but people – English speaking or multilingual individuals, doing project work anywhere in the world and wishing to do it as CSP.
