At ADAPT Careers we help young adults (15-25yrs) lay the foundations for productive and purposeful careers. Using traditional career counselling techniques combined with progressive career development tools we support young adults with decision making and career planning as they enter the early stage of their career and leave their secondary or tertiary education. Career success can be both a team effort and a work in progress. Formal career education might start in secondary school but that is certainly not where it should end. Defining our career can be a lifetime pursuit with changing job and learning pathways. It is our intention to help our clients lay the foundations for purposeful and productive careers. The work we do complements in school career advice, not replaces or reiterates. We empower young adults by building their capacity to be self-directed in their career development now and in the future.
