Alusta Training & Coaching was established in 2019 after nearly 20 years of training & human development programs that Majd Alusta has been part of and hundreds of training hours to people from different cultural, ethnic, academic and professional backgrounds, that it has become obvious that this is the highest purpose in our life journey and that is to manifest love in all that we do towards our fellow humans to help them set and lead a life of their own creation where they can use and live up to their full potential. Our mission is to develop people, make them realize their true potential and then maximize it The reason why we are doing all of this is simply because we strongly believe that every human being on this planet has a unique ability and since it is their responsibility to figure out what that unique ability is -that later becomes their responsibility to decide whether to do something with it or not- we are here to help any individual or a group of people to realize their infinite potential and ability to achieve anything they want to. We focus on strengthening people's self-belief and self-worth and since we were able to realize our true purpose in life and act upon it, we help everyone to achieve whatever they want to do in their lives. We realize that our mission towards development is not a singular action, but rather a campaign that we share with others.
