Re:Fresh Counselling & Research is a project conducted by cross-disciplinary team under “Integrated Services for Mental Wellness” of BOKSS and engages in providing psychological assessment, counselling, research and training in helping individuals to manage emotions in a refreshing and intelligent manner, so as to achieve personal growth, improve interpersonal relationships, and promote the mental wellness within families, corporates and organisations.
